[11/29/2005...In pic: metal drawing clip on art hallway floor close to wall. Story: When presenting my metal box for critique in sculpture class, Danny (another teacher/conceptual artist) walks by and joins in like he normally does with anyone. He sees me standing there by the wall, and everyone else looking circled around me. They of course, have my sculpture in their hands looking closer at it. Danny doesn't see that and thinks this random clip actually IS my sculpture. He gets very excited and yells "That is awesome!" pretty much proclaiming that it's one of the best sculptures ever. We all have this laughing grin on our face, before I say "Danny, my sculpture is right there," and the other student holds it up. What an awkward but hilarious moment. Anyone who knows Danny is seriously laughing right now.]
